I think you could do better than radford,but agree with your 2nd point if your hoping for mcnamara he' as bad as radford.

If we did end up replacing radford , I doubt very much we"d end up with a proven coach who as won stuff as surely he"ll be in a job , plus I don't think our next coach needs to have won trophys . We just need someone who knows what he's doing and can improve us as a team and also individuals . Hindsight is a wonderful thing , but if radders does eventually go , the choice of our next coach could be the most important decision our club will make for years . We all have our choices but at the end of the day , it will be pearsons choice , which doesn't fill me with much confidence after his previous choices and ideas .
