Quite a statement from a coach with a poor team at the moment

I seen the thread on the VT about Gentle been a moaner but to me he comes across very well, seems very honest in his opinions, and here is another one.

As for for form, apart from the Salford defeat we have been playing ok, two close defeats by very good teams before getting beat at home last week.

Hull have only one win in their last 7 and that was against a Hudds team that have been in terrible form.

I honestly cant pick a winner, two teams not in the best of form, two teams with injury problems, who knows.

Cant make this game as I'm out of town but I will be able to get the to the pub for it.

I agree with that, I think mentally though you lot will have the edge.

Don't think we'll get anywhere near beating rovers. Their pack is much stronger than what we will put out and dobson will kick us to death. We'll give away lots of penalties, drop too much ball and offer little in attack

This. As for Rovers fans claims that injuries are about equal, I'd like to see the evidence. We'll get hammered in both sides' cup final, unfortunately.

Sad thing is it's not our cup final. Hasn't been since rovers were promoted. We've not been "up for it" in a derby enough IMO

Who have rovers got out anyway? welham and galea? Hardly comparable

Galea's back in a predictable "timely boost"
