Well I can say is it must have been some really tough words that Agars "blokes" said to each other this week in training. The coaching staff should be applauded for getting the team so fired up for this game, but its a pity someone must have blown the match out as they ran onto the pitch and undone all their hard work.
If thats the response we get from the Cas game then we really are deep in the poop and its pretty clear that the players are not playing for him, I'd hate to see what sort of performance we'd get if they cudn't give a shut then.
He really is scraping the bottom on the barrel now and looking for new excuses by blaming the fans. I suggest he takes another look at this seasons games and then look in the mirror and ask who is to blame for one of the worst Hull teams in recent history. We hve gone backwards as such a rapid rate its unbelieveable and whats worse is people still want to back him.
Tonight proved that next season is just going to be the same shambolic crap just another year.
Do us all a favour Agar and p1ss off!
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Couldnt agree more. Looks to me like he's lost the dressing room and he's running on borrowed time. I know JR keeps telling us to 'judge Agar with his own team' etc etc, but surely we cannot keep him in charge next season if things don't improve. If the players arent sticking to the game plan, then fair enough, its their fault. However from what I can see, there just simply ISNT a game plan, its just a case of 'who wants the ball', honestly watching the game tonight I thought I was watching u8's rugby, we brought 5 drives and a kick to a whole new level.

I have tried and supported him, I have not blamed him for all our obvious problems, his weird substitutions, his loans to other teams and I was supporting him for next season.
He has set himself up for the chop, turning on fans is the last straw and he is now on borrowed time. No way back after this outburst he crossed the line and the faithful will NEVER forgive him for that.
The board has now no choice, he goes or they will lose thousands of passholders next term.
You call that lot who clapped the oposition the faithful, that's the biggest load a cr@p i've heard on this board for a while now, and I tell you there's been plenty written.
Over the last 18 months i've become more and more disalutioned with my own so called supporters then anything else.
Oh, and on your last comment, I hope he stays if your prediction is anything to go by.

erm head, sand, buried! you've become more and more "disalutioned"?? with you're own supporters have you? so how are they your supporters? if you are happy to sit there and have that crap served up to you and not complain about it then you can't really care about the club!
john kear= won challenge cup next year sacked
peter sharpe= grand final 2 years later sacked
rich agar= challenge cup final next year a load of garbage

Well the apparent reason of Kears failings were the players did not want to play for him, maybe thats whats happening at the mo'.
