Mick Harrison, which the younger fans may not know much about. Anyway needless to say he was a bruiser no-nonsense prop forward that would mash the living daylights out of the likes of Paleaaesina, Fasavalu etc
I'd also like Trevor Skerrett, one of the hardest working forwards I ever saw both in defence & attack.
Paul Rose wouldn't go amiss either, I'll never forget that stiff arm on the Feverstone centre(Gilbert??) in '83

Not quite what the OP asked, but would love to have seen Paul Sterling debut for FC at age 18, rather than 28 or whatever it was.
