I daresay it'll be a mix, but if teams rely heavily on u19s, it won't offer anything very different. You need the slightly older players, plus a few overage veterans to bridge the gap in quality. Rumour was the 23s might be an 8 team, 14 game competition, so there'd be scope for both. I'm not sure any club has the numbers to be farming many players out and running a 23s at the same time though.

Still have a duel reg of sorts with donny I think so we'll bulk out with some lads from them. So like you say a mix. Still gonna be a step up from 19s and on a given week probably be some handy players in the teams.

Unless we have some cap space, how can lee smith be on trial with us unless we would maybe loan out a squad player to sign him? He's shoite anyway and even wakey didn't want him so I really don;t see what he would add to our squad
He was good at Wakey last year at full back or centre but carrying some timber nowadays so needs to get fitter IMHO. According to papers Trinity tried to sign him but he turned down a contract. Does not have the pace of a few years ago either...

No bitterness from me Lee. Thought you appeared to be carrying too much around the midriff and lacked the pace of a few years ago. Nevertheless you played well in a poor Wakey team last season. Ironic joining the Trinity forum on 27/9/15 when dropped before Sheffield game and most of your posts are about Lee Smith..
Good luck chasing the money at Hull thought you were on your way to Halifax.
An Ex Hull FC player has told me that if things don't work out too well next season at FC and also at the Wolves too then their could be coaching changes at both clubs
FC apparently fancy Tony Smith and Wolves fancy Daryl Powell as their next coaches
Watch this space guys

Yes please, seems to have gone a bit stale at Warry,as long as he doesn't bring his bloody assistant with him.
“We will not accept a top eight finish as a barometer of supposed success at any point in the future whilst I am the owner of this club.
Thats why you got the Bullet Agar...Adam Pearson wants winners...not useless gits like you.

Centre available - certainly a better player than Michaels
Yeah saw a couple of Canterbury games this last season, great player, small and fast which might be just what we need, still young as well, 23-24 I cant quite remember. However quality like him and a Samoan international, he will probably want to stay in NRL and any club with any sense should consider him.
