Onto the new owners both clearly know what they are doing and the potential of FC, bring on the new season
Fantastic news for us all and really good to see some credit to AP who like him or not has really gone through it lately

Wow! Wasn't expecting that. 100% takeover, like most,.I was thinking 49% investment at best Got to thank AP for everything, even though towards the end has tarnished his era a bit. But still thank you AP
Seen talk about a new stadium out own stadium...wouldn't that be amazing. Probably the only way that the new owners could really earn any real money
Funnily enough, I heard today that HCC are looking at and happily so, selling the MKM, west park,.Walton street.etc to the Hull City owner, who has huge plans for the area (sounds a lot like allams) with one small sticking point atm, which is a building / plot of land on there that HCC don't own (yet)
Plenty of space on that vast area for a smaller stadium...rather than looking at Costello or birds eye site...just a thought

Brilliant news for the club and the fans, with some proper investment on board hopefully we'll start to work our way back to the top.
Also thank you to AP for helping deliver 2 of the best days in my life and for also guiding the club through covid I can't imagine the stress, worry and sleepless nights he'd have endured throughout.

There's already a "who has the richest power board" argument going on (it's us BTW)

At the forum tonight It'll be fitting if someone pays tribute to him for the pivotal part he has played in our recent history.

Some great quotes over there already
Quote:No doubt this will be the herald the new era under the worlds best coach they have been striving for.. They'll get some investment but I honestly don't believe either of these 2, with no links to the club are going to do a Sheik Mansoor and buy the worlds best players
Quote:t's still got to be smart business or else they could attract a lot of expensive mercenaries.
Quote:I don’t think it’s a good look quoting their net worth all over it’s not like they’re going to plough every single last penny of that £500m into the club is it? It just stinks of what sort of club they are
and my favourite
Quote:The big difference is we don't shout from the rooftops. It just happens. We get stuff done.

It’s interesting and good for SL, the main sticking point for me as an outsider looking in, is now the board aren’t slaves to the smc or hull city for that matter where will the roadmap go
New stadium would be a start but it’s a major investment
Playing squad has already seen money
Training facilities need to be moved from hull uni, living there most of my life I see it day to day and it’s run down and out of date, overused and fc are second fiddle to the uni sports teams
All these things can be eradicated by the click of a finger now AP has gone
Can we all finally agree he was taking his fair share of money out of your club every year ?
