Fantastic. Think there has been a noticeable surge of optimism since Cartwright landed and pre season started. This has taken it up another notch now. Still be a couple of years away from seeing massive progress in terms of league tables as the squad for next couple of years may not have much wiggle room left, but off the pitch we couldn't be in a better position now.

Quote:Talks over transfer ownership of the club have been ongoing in the background throughout the last six months, but have only come to real fruition in the past month as the parties agreed on a full takeover rather than an investment of funds into the club.
Interesting insight into how things have unfolded.

Very exciting future ahead and who knows, our own stadium.
Thanks to Adam Pearson, he's had his critics on here but he loves the club and I doubt the Wembley wins would have happened without him.
Wouldn't it be worth(cheaper)their while buying the KC? I'm sure the council would consider a reasonable and fair offer. One without strings attached.

Should be a good one tonight.
Felt like the club was a mill stone around Pearsons neck in recent times. He's been ill advised, hot headed and mismanaged the club, but he did help us land 2 CC wins in his tenure.
I'm sure he'll be glad to get this over the line and move into a consultancy role with far less stress.
He certainly leaves a legacy in Hull through his time here and at City.

Immediate thing is to start spending full cap and spending it wisely, with real investment off the field which we’ve hopefully started to see with the likes of Jon Clarke coming on board to help with strength and conditioning.

I’m just looking forward to the bloody announcement so we can all get clarity.

I salute you Tarquin. You have your finger on the pulse and gave us hope that this would come to fruition during the desperate times this season.
On a separate note I'm now starting to believe you had a long chat with Mal Meninga even though you can't spell his name correctly
