Granted, its got a lot of memories for some people (I only saw one season there and a few others before and even I have a few good memories) and had a good atmosphere but it was a terrible ground itself. We now play in a fantastic 25k+ all seater stadium instead of a crumbling, now 1/4 knocked down, 12k+ capacity hole and some, albeit a minority, still want to go back? Theres needs to be more padded cells in this city
DID HE SAY HE WANTED TO GO BACK? NO
HE SAID HE ENJOYED THE ATMOSPHERE AT THE BOULEVARD ALOT MORE THAN THE KC
prick
K.C stadium is not the place for a rugby league side! atmosphere terrible. kc management comitee does nothing. ques for the bar. no seperate license for the rugby league. should be a place where you come to enjoy yourself instead first thing you get is five pound premiership football parking prices. and awkwardness to rugby league matches even down to the stadium comitee not paying for extra licence for drinking on the terraces.all these things are available at all other rugby league sides!!!! where are the days we all used to sit and discuss the game me and friends went to the kcfm bar and after 15 mins of queing last orders were called. kath etherington even thought she could have a better time at the rhinos and bulls game what does that say???? start thinking about the fans and not the profit and so should the team to.
the KC would be rocking if we were successful, the Boulevard wasn't fun either when we were rubbish and playing awful rugby (1999 for example) people think back to the 80s when we were a title challenging side and make unfair comparisons IMO
