Hopefully some will chill out now
Not sure people need to chill out, we just want something positive announced, the club and Smith have been saying these kind of things for weeks now. All we have heard is stories of some of our better players leaving.
The club do alot of good things, but the media and communication side isn't one of them.
Yeh, can’t blame Clifford for leaving, but can’t help but think it isn’t the right move for him. He’ll get his chances when inevitable injuries happen, but to go back as a back up on a one year contract with the hope of getting an extension is ambitious to say the least.
Interesting that the Hull FC article said: "I know he is open to a return to the club in the future."

Just don't get it as Dan Tomlinson makes reference to this just about every other day in the HDM!
I really can't see the club's reluctance to announce the signings of the above because most fans are already aware. Patience is a virtue but like fans from all clubs if there is good news (signings etc) to announce .............

He was going into the last year of his deal with Rovers and it still took him 3 years to reach west Hull via Wigan and Salford.
Lewis is contracted to the end of 2025, and it is now Hull rather than Rovers talking about ‘patience’.
Ben Reynolds has had a good season, is ooc and is from Pontefract originally, if you’re looking at Cup finalists.
