Let's see who they replace them with, they have also brought in Dywer, McNamara and Mcintosh, so not exactly all perfect recruitment.
They need about 8 or so signings which isn't easy.

Yes he is, only sounds like this year, no harm in the signing, if he is rubbish, he fits right in, needs a new contract so puts him in the shop window.

As others have said he’s a big body in a position we are seriously lacking size currently with the release of Pele & injury to Ashworth & Staveley. As long as it’s only an interim signing until the end of the season with no chance of 2025 I’m fine with it, if its with a view to 2025 then it will be concerning.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!
