Of course we may need to release him for cap reasons in which case we will have a spare quota spot but won't be able to recruit anyone to fill it.
I presume we will need to release some players in order to afford the new signings.
radford has already said that retaining michaels was a salary cap issue. I had been fairly certain they'd keep yeaman but now not so sure with the 3 signings we've made all being middle backs

I agree. Its going to be our Achilles heel once again. It will be Tuimavave one week,Connor (if he signs) another week,Abdul when they dont work out. Six is a specialist position and not one to be filled every few weeks by a different utility player.

Its our forwards who have got us to the top of the league Sneyd has generally been good, his place kicking much improved but long kicking from hand needs to be improved. 6 is the problem and bear in mind Carlos has been with the team all pre season i havnt seen anything from him at half back to say he is the answer. Much rather see him at left centre
I originally wanted a six for next year, and was sceptical of Carlos playing there. Think I've seen enough glimpses of him to think he's more than capable . Got a running game, can kick and is strong defensively. Not the finished article and think he needs a bit more confidence in himself, but can see he's got the skills. Can also see Connor playing there next year at some point.

We aren't signing a 6, I have to admit I go have concerns about Carlos, but the positives are
We have got to top with the current halfs, anyway saying it's all about our pack is doing a real disservice to our halfs, there are a few games with would have lost without Sneyd, Saints, Warrington and Wigan away, without Carlos we would have lost at Magic weekend.
Carlos has the rest of the season and the off season to prepare for that position as it seems like he trained for centre this year.
