I liked the look of Ryan Stig when he got a few first team games last year. Good runner and support player , He set up a few tries last year and he's got a good kicking game as well. Wouldn't break the bank either.
Wouldn't want Stig tbh, I may be in the minority but I think Horne will still be our 6 next season.

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

tad unfair

I dont agree with the last bit but it is all about opinions.
The first bit is more confusing. Do you think the current set up will carry people not up to standard or do you think the cap will force their hand in some way to accept some mediocrity?

the cap will force their hands, Horne isn't good enough now, even in his prime he was never creative as a half back, he's a no trick pony, I am glad he recovered fromhis injury and I think he's a top "bloke", but he isn't a top 2 player.
There's a reason he was picked for GB on the wing, he's not a great halfback.

Who is making way for Scott in the centres , Naiqama , Sa'u ?. Joel Edwards would be a hit over here in the forwards. He isn't scared to put the big hits in.
Not sure bud, wouldn't be surprised to see a few move on.

Fair enough with the cap bit. He was never a comfortable creator or organiser but alongside one he was a real "running" threat and excellent support player IMO, i dont think his shorter kicking game was bad either. I would never use some of the questionable GB and England selections to use as a barometer for a players ability.
I do not know him as a bloke and dont care to be honest. Given the choice I would rather have a load of succesful kn0bheads (criminality, racism, homophobia not withstanding) then a load of unsuccessful nice guys.

That's no support of your argument at all IMO, Leon Pryce played on the wing for GB and he's quite clearly a very good stand-off.
