Think it’s more likely Grudgell is clawing back the money he’s put in to keep the Dobbins going over the years.
A couple of individuals have the mortgage for Caravan Park, not the club itself, so that’s where the income goes. The rugby club will still be reporting big losses.

Whatever, it’s still a dump.
There is no mortgage, but you keep telling yourself there is if it helps you sleep at night.

I think some should stop obsessing with the Dobbins and what they are doing. For the decades they have been in the doldrums like we are now they obsessed constantly on here about us and what dicks they all looked doing it.
As for Kirkham he has been around a while on the rumour mill and my pal having had a couple of beers asked Adam outright a couple of weeks ago in the lounge and he wouldn't comment. Loads of names being bandied around. However, as far as I know Dan doesn't know anything more than he's been assured it's ongoing and likely happening, but the secrecy is tight as a drum about whose involved and despite what some say on here that secrecy extends completely to the nature of the deal Takeover/investment/partnership so we just have to wait and see. I expect though it would be useful for all concerned to announce the outcome before the conclusion of the IMG submissions.
I guess the next milestone on this ongoing saga is the end of the season let's hope next week is interesting.

Normally you’d think something so random and so left field they’d have to be something in it as nobody would just make it up. I’m convinced though that with Hull there’s people that just try and make up the most ridiculous rumours and get a kick out of seeing how far they get, and it’s usually pretty far.
Somethings going to happen on the investment front soon I’m sure, I’m not convinced it will be what everyone is now expecting or hoping for, I’d maybe just wait and see if what’s announced and if that sheds any light on the situation. Pearson said himself the people who you deal with in these situations don’t always like to have their names splashed about in the public domain. There’s obviously a will to keep things quiet at the minute as everyone’s pretty tight lipped, no journos have really gone public with anything since the initial Myler appointment.

If it's a takeover and AP is leaving, I wonder if there's a possibility it will be announced this week prior to the game? Give Adam the opportunity to say goodbye to the fans. Whilst he has his critics, it's important to remember that he has done a lot of good for the club in his tenure even if it's not ending in the way any of us wanted.
