Still got Griffin missing for 3 more games. Who knows with Andre? While some people are claiming we have easier games coming up, I think our opposition will be thinking the same when they look at our back row.
When Rovers lost Abdul: they at least have shown some ambition by gluing in a halfback from down under.
We release Evans from our first team roster and don't bring anyone in.
I think if we can get a decent second row then I think we'll have a good looking squad with depth to attack the back end of this season.
I’d agree that Scott should keep his place as he was again good today and pressure is really in Carlos to start performing.
McIntosh & Scott have had the criticism and rightly so in the most part but both have stood up strong of late and deserve credit.
Sadly Lane despite a very brief slight upturn in his form a couple of weeks ago he really has been poor and has to be time and worth Staveley having a shot next week.
Thought Taylor had a decent effort coming back in after a spell on the sidelines with his shoulder.
We certainly lack some size and could have benefited from adding a replacement or two but the club don’t seem to be deviating from their plan. Rovers look like us last season in terms of appearing as desperation/panic to bring in replacements immediately which so far doesn’t seem to be panning out so well.
Think a Leeds win is needed this afternoon to close the gap in Salford in 6th.
