They got a new reporter in who somehow managed the incredible accomplishment of actually been worse than Appleyard. However I barely see his articles anymore. Everything Rovers related seems to come from Shaw and his ridiculous bias (but no suprise considering the club funded him a trip to Tenerife last pre season (which is just weird in itself)).
The articles are a bit samey for sure but they are harmless.
Odd to think that KR's last trophy success predates not just the Hull Live website but Tim Berners-Lee's invention of the World Wide Web. Reports of that win would have been typed out on one of those new-fangled micro computers by the reporter of the day and eventually printed on the old Hull Daily Mail presses down Jameson Street.

its refreshing to see so many articles about a team who sat 11th and finished on 6 points compared to a team who saw a grand final
how many articles can dan do at 6am with the title 'carty has laid out a challenge' snooze fest
Oh no not you again for heaven sakes 'your reporter left'?? Would he be the guy who just 6 months ago said he was an all time Rovers supporter who had just 'secured his dream job reporting on a club he loves'? Dream job obviously turned into a nightmare pretty quickly then, could it be that someone else associated with Rovers, has become disenchanted very quickly just as I would add we have all become with you! Merry Christmas!

Earlier then I anticipated.
As long as Neil and Paul are still there, seeing as they own the ground/land. Hull KRs new landlords.

For me it's very much a positive for the club that we still have an FC reporter/journalist at the HDM. Whilst some articles maybe similar with a little bit of a rehash at times, the off season is always a pretty slow time for new and/or interesting news but, at least it keeps the club out there in the media especially in a time that Reach Group have been cutting costs.
Let's hope for Dans sake and the club itself that the HDM continue to keep Dan on, as otherwise there'd be very little sports news other than City.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!
