Feel really sorry for Stavely one of the only players genuinely giving it his all and a bright spark of an otherwise rotten start.

Hope we announce a new deal for him soon.

Ashworth out for about 6 weeks, Houghton out this week.

Cator and Tindall back.

If we play Cator as a hooker I'll cry.

Think Staveley signed an extension last season until end of 2025.

I'm not sure you understand what the word opinion means.

Not for me, is an opinion isn't it?

I also justified my reason for my opinion by giving the reason that I'd like any new signing to be a possible long term one.

Not sure what else you want.

You think it would be a good signing I don't, not sure why you ate getting so touchy about it.

Opinion

a view or judgement formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge.

I was saying he is better than what we have currently until Truman’s return….so would be a decent loan move but it won’t happen and that is my opinion on the matter even though I don’t understand what opinion means.

You are correct, thanks, that's good news, hope the lad recovers.

What a p'sser. Staveley breaking in to the first team was just about the only positive this season.

I only hope our inexperienced backroom team are qualified to get him back to full fitness.

Hard to see how this season could get more depressing, anyone other pass holders considering not bothering going on Saturday?

The forthcoming squad announcement will be telling for the future or lack of.. for Balmforth.. If he's not in the squad this week, i feel he never will be.
Maybe, it's his attitude, fitness, or maybe signed already for another club.
Unfortunately I have a feeling that your prediction of Cator at 9 will be correct.

I did seriously consider it. I have to use public transport on Saturday and there's a rail strike so it makes it that much more awkward to get there and back. I'll be there though.

We have a poster who comes from Rugby on here plus a few from West Yorkshire and I know of someone who lives in St Helens but goes to every home game. If they can make the effort I suppose I should.

We can only hope that eventually successful times return and they will be all the sweeter having sat watching the rubbish we have now.

Tindall will play
i guess he will move McIntosh to centre and Scott to second row
still like to see what Hoy can do at 6 with Charles and give Litten a run at fullback whilst Walker is fit
