BUT boy oh boy we can Protest and make our feelings heard loudly but in clever funny ways
To be honest I’ve already emailed the club, AP and Clark, I did on the Monday morning following the Leigh horror show. I didn’t send an unpleasant email I was simply asking for answers for us as fans which wasn’t too much to ask bearing in mind the backing we have continued to give with nothing changing for years now. Guess what, I’m still awaiting any sort of response, not even the slightest in way of any acknowledgment.
I think the best form of protest would be for all season pass holders to all stay away for one game. That wouldn’t hurt the club financially as we’ve already paid but I would think AP seeing an empty stadium would give him a big reality check as to how serious things are in regards depth of feeling in the fan base.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Well played Sir
For me Adam needs to put the Club up for sale as Adam is the root of the current playing problems.

In one sense, I’m almost annoyed we rallied that second half, it took us been 132-10 over the course of 5 halves of rugby to seemingly get a rocket up our booty, pathetic. If it continued in the second half it would’ve got toxic in that away end I reckon, there were several Pearson out chants during the game.
Personally, boycotting the game is such a tough one for me. I appreciate the impact it’ll have, however (as sad as it is) even for as bad as we are it is my highlight of the week, Monday comes and I’m already looking ahead to the next match. I just don’t think i could take watching it on sky knowing I could be there. Maybe I should get a life
Just had a look at some stats and surprisingly we had more tackle busts than Rovers and also less missed tackles. Our missed tackles are much more crucial. They're directly leading to trys more often. Nobody else is making a cover tackle if somebody misses. We only had 3 play the balls in Rovers 20m zone, whereas they had 33. Gave ourselves no chance

What is or would be the protest?
It doesn’t feel like you’re at the ‘Smith out, Pearson out!’ stage yet. If only because there’s no obvious alternative. If there is no money, spending it isn’t an option. The lack of communication is a bit odd, as it should be an easy paint by numbers thing for somebody with his experience… do it in-house via the club website, if there’s a concern Dan Tomlinson might ask any even remotely searching questions.
1. Very disappointing start to the season, genuinely sorry. 2. Nobody is more disappointed than me, and I’m working very hard to fix it - as is everybody at the club. 3. We are spending to the full value of the salary cap (almost certainly true, even if it is one of those truths that is misleading) but we have had to manage (i.e. reduce) our overall budget in the short-term (consider ‘medium-term’ only if things are very bad) to ensure the club survives the fallout of the pandemic and can make repayments on the loans taken during it. 4. Things are tough right now but we will come through this and be stronger (emphasise ‘will’ and ‘stronger’, and most people won’t notice the hanging comparator).
