Problem they had last year was getting the ticket stock with which to get admission through the machines on the turnstiles from the SMC. Then the Club had to employ people to sell them from the kiosk but I think the SMC kept their cut as if they had sold them.
I think!!!
2016 The Year of the Airlie Bird -on sale NOW, price £15, BUY THE BOOK RE-LIVE THE DREAM!
So basically if you haven't got access to a printer, bought a 'membership' on the back of maybe saving a few quid for X amount of games you can attend you've basically wasted your money as they'll claw back most of that in so called fees for having the temerity to purchase a ticket over the phone or at the stadium (if indeed you can do this). I enquired to the club about how to get the match day discount online for membership holders and no-one could be bothered to get back to me..fecking amateurish..again!

Making it very hard for those hard of walking to get near the shop..... is this against DDA
No, they are releasing the bollards if any disabled supporters need to get to the shop/office. There is an intercom to let them know.

Went to buy a car park pass today, couldn't get near the perimeter road, bollards and barriers everywhere. I parked well away from the stadium, crept silently forward and hid behind one of the grassy knolls, when the security guard with the slavering Alsatian passed by on his tour of the KC I sprinted across the road narrowly avoiding the hail of bullets from one of the gun turrets, with my back against the wall I edged my way slowly towards the Hull FC shop passing the old ticket office now with three black robots protecting the wall where the ticket windows used to be. I dodged quickly into the shop, bought my £50 car park pass and managed to get back to my car just before the guard had completed his tour of the perimeter, PHEW a lucky escape, perhaps I will apply for 007's job when Daniel Craig chucks it!
