Also isn't Shaul first choice FB, he's played in the FB roll more than Rankin and aside from his injury which curtailed his mid season appearances & Radford using his position to punish him for his 'outburst' he very much is our first choice FB.
I agree about yeaman and sa but the fact is if they were fit they'd be playing hence they are our first choice centres. Plus their squad numbers kind of give it away or are you suggesting rankin and logan are now our best options?
As for shaul, what are you talking about? He's our first choice full back and he's injured - gone for the season according to the wail

Unless the 13 isn;t now in the back row I think you'll find we've lost 2 of the starting 3, plus 2 of our back up options in whiting and thompson

feka really isn't up to it IMO. He's not got the impact he had nor the engine to do big minutes plus he gets spotted in defence. green and bowden have both been picked ahead of him this season so I stand by my view that feka is 5th choice
knockersbumpMKII wrote:If the scoreline is anything similar to our defeat at their place (during our winning run I might add) I'd say that the team we've put out is better than the so-called 'first choice' players.
Making excuses for losses due to injuries/playing your least experienced 1st team squad members is a non starter for me.
Anderson's thinking will be all out, if Leeds lose against Cas they have a chance of 1st or 2nd as they've got leeds in a 4 pointer last match, I don't see him pulling players out to save from injury however I don't expect there to be a big points differential if our lads can perform like they did last weekend and cut down the mistakes.
Are you really suggesting that a team isn't weakened when it loses it's best players? Do you really think a weakened side should be as good as a full strength one? You should get in touch with pearson and tell him he's wasting a million quid or so a year in that case.
