Good Luck to the kid. As others have already stated, he is a good player with bags of potential and has probably realised he won't get a chance under the Radford regime. Some thing needs to be done because the amount of young talent being allowed to leave/sold/shown the door is frightening. I know it's a business, and deals have to be done but not retaining good healthy players won't build a strong squad which is the key to the game.

So of the four freinds thats Crooks, Lineham, Cunningham all gone - only Shaul left and he wont last much longer. The future of our club discarded like poop

Don't worry, its ok. the club will probably replace them with overpaid, underperforming, contract breaking overseas players who can't get a game in the nrl

His girlfriends just got a first at uni, reckon got a job lined up down there so maybe a easy choice for him.

How ever much I want to see the back of Radford as our head coach, unless you know the situation (which I don't either) between Cunningham and the club, its unjust to simply blame Radford for everything.

You have to blame Radford.
Cunningham was sent to London to gain experience and when London began moving him from the nine position and playing him as a centre or filling in other positions Radford took him back.
Radford then released Heremaia on the basis that he had Cunningham available and he didn't want to stop his progress into the first team.
Radford then did exactly what London did and played him everywhere but the nine position and when he did actually get some game time from the bench at nine he did OK.
My guess is Cunningham will have asked Radford why he wasn't getting game time at 9.
For several weeks now we havnt seen Cunningham so make of that what you will.
Its obvious Radford now doesn't rate the lad.
Apart from taking the club backwards Radford is damaging our young player development.

How about he may not have been that good as everyone thinks,I was never impressed with him in the U-19s and he had a couple of decent games when he played,also he may have asked to be released if his personal life means he was going to move down south.

Not good enough in a lot of peoples eyes at the club. I've seen absolutely nothing in his time here or at London to suggest otherwise. In fact, they used him as a half-back.

Some people here need a dose of reality. We cannot keep every single player because he was once "promising" or is a local lad. How many Super League clubs have clamoured to sign him? None.

But Radford rated him.That was one of the reasons he let Heremaia go.
