Watching them yesterday, i would say a winger is not a priority. Half backs are and just like us, their centres are poor.

They are saying Monaghan going to Catalans though, so Lineham would replace him.

Rather not lose him but I'd take 200k for Tom if i was sure how we would re-cycle that money, our recruitment record is questionable at best.

To not break anti-tampering regulations it would have to have been completed via a formal approach to the club that's selling the player. The rumour of a £200k transfer fee being involved would suggest the club were approached about selling the player prior to personal terms & a contract being signed.

I'm not saying they won't buy him/put a bid in, but anything over £100k is silly money.

They seem pretty confident in getting lineham, and lets be fair, he wouldnt be the first player whos flown the nest to "win" things....BUT 200k? Seems very excessive, i will be slightly peeved if he goes, but if the money is used in team strengthening then so be it

If warrington are prepared to pay more for lineham than they did for the current MOS then hull should snap there hands off,
for the record I heard this about a month ago some rubbish about it came from Pearson himself I didn't believe it then and still find it highly unlikely now tbh

Looks to be too many on it for the signing not to be happening but not so sure about the fee. Disappointing
