I do not go to Hull FC to be entertained.

I go to Hull FC because it's part of who I am, without Hull FC I'd be lost. I'd go if they lost every game of the season.

If you were there in the Hull Sharks days, you'll know we've had worse times than this.

Are you cheering when after 3 repeat sets on the oppositions line the team yet again fail to score? Are you cheering when they drop off tackles in defence? Are you cheering when teams pass the ball out wide and run in easy tries around our over-compressed defence?

I was there then and was just relieved to be in Superleague. 11th out of 12 was a massive relief. My expectations for the club have moved on considerably since then, and I expect the playoffs to be the bare minimum for the season, especially given the size and turnover of clubs above us in the table.

Iwould sign if it was to get gordon brown out more, worthwhile.

It was certainly more enjoyable though back in the day. We knew we were cr@p but even then the players still tried, Walsh apart.
We have moved on since then, play in a decent stadium have greatly improved our fan base and don't have the financial restraints we had then.
Of course we deserve better. I'm black and white through and through as are generations of my family but I still expect entertaining win or lose.
