As poor as the ref and his assistants were, they didn't cost us the game. Playing G.Horne against a big, mobile, pacey Centre 5 days after another big, mobile, pacey Centre ripped him apart cost us.
Maybe saying it cost us the game is a bit harsh but it certainly gave us a mountain to climb.

My point is that we didn't lose that game because of anything the ref did, we lost because of an awful 1st half performance. If you don't accept that then you're barking mad

I've not said we lost because of the officials, I've said that they were a contributing factor. There is a difference.

people were far too eager to boo and shout 'forward' at everything today, completely ignoring how poor our defence was in the first half.
