I'm not a big fan of these comments tbh. I can see why Rule would make them, but I didn't think anything was special about our support this weekend, plus I don't think the players show that they apprciate it tbh. I remember the last time he made a comment about our support and he made it at the right time then but I think this one is just aimed at softening what is becoming quite a large contingetnt of fans who are becoming displeased with everything that is happening

I agree with the second part of your post, however I thought our support over the easter period was fantastic personally. Fair enough everyone expected a sell out against Rovers, but even I was suprised we took about 3k to Saints given the recent form etc.

I'm not saying our support was poor, in fact I did think it was very good. But generally I think that this is the norm. Plus having been at the Saints game, I doubt we had 3k there

I was a late comer to rugby league. My dad wasn't a sporty person. We went to the Cup Final in '80 because everyone did but my next game was the first game of the 89/90 season, Widnes at home.
I fell in love with the game and the club at that first game (I was 20) and I never have and never will intentionally miss a game I can get to. There is no one more pi$$ed of at our current predicament than me but Hull F.C. is my club. The directors, coaches and players will all come and go (even the boulevard is now history) but as long as this club exists it will have my support.

Ring any bells with anyone?

Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the (Dark) Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you."
