I dont think he has the strength of character to cope with strong willed men and the pressure of the job, he looked very twitchy and isolated when the camera caught him last night.
I still think JS is the puppet master for his own ends.
All existing and generally known ways to immortality can be divided into four catagories.

The way of the Yogi.
The most honourable being 'The way of the FC'
Crocker is world class and would allow Manu to be used as an impact player Lauaki would bend the line and play more than 10 minutes Tony is better than Craig Hall Raynor is class and tries to create his own chances, like his kick through and try vs Leeds at the KC last year
I don't see how including these players would not improve the team.
