This is a coincidence as i've just emailed Boots n All for the first time about this. Was bad enough during the Huddersfield game but then last nights show topped that comfortably. If that had been Wire going 5 wins on the bounce at Bradford, I somehow don't think EH would be bleating on about the shirts.
After the live game win over the Giants, it was all about how poor the Giants played. The fact they had some players injured (camera showing Crabtree in stands ) was mentioned a few times during the broadcast with no mention whatsoever of the 6 first teamers Hull were missing. Phil Clarke also highlighted how 4 in 12 of Hull's trys had come from kicks by this stage. A 1 in 3 ratio would seem about the norm these days with the Giants then scoring a 'fantastic' opening try via a kick, but no mention of this having not being quite the same as scoring a 'normal' try. Earlier in the season both Wigan's trys at Hull were from kicks, didn't see any negative anaylisis of this though. Well, you wouldn't from Mr Clarke would you.
Meanwhile on yesterdays Boots n All as Hull were tearing Bradford to pieces, it was far more important that the viewers realise that Hull's numbers on their away strip are a commentators nightmare. Fair point, I agree, but why not wait until the end of the analysis? Paul Cullen mentioned a few big units missing for Bradford. Really? A pack of Lynch, Newton, Scruton, Menzies, Morrison, Langley and Burgess sounds rather decent to me. How many of Hull's pack (on paper) would be chosen by the Sky 'experts' to get into that Bradford pack?

Motto of the week -
It is the way of the weak to secretly bleat to those in authority rather than fight their own battles.
