Hornes late kick into the corner for Hallas (I think) in the game against Sheffield at the end of the season, then the pitch invasion at the final whistle is probabally one of the best from a bad era.
I remember Tim Wilby standing near us in Threpenny and DDD always saying on the radio that it's great that the chairman (or whatever his job was) chose to stand with the fans, then after an altercation in a bar after a game he said it was naive of him to put himself in that situation by mixing with the fans.

he was no borris

At least we got Prescott out of that deal!!
it was only our second game in superleague and our first at home. mark johnson scored it tho i was convinced he lost it in the grounding
my fave game was horneys debut at leeds in 99 when we nearly beat them - they were hanging on at the end, andrew purcell who i really liked as a player had a stormer
my least fave player was jim leatham who was a model of inconsistency, also thought temu was lazy. lots of p walsh drinking buddies at the club too
Huddersfield away in the season we got promoted, fantastic atmosphere.
Anyone remember that bi shark that would get tossed about the crowd at away games and whoever it ended up with had to bring it back for the next away trip.
