A clever footballing brain at a young age. A Centre and Full back who can play across the threequarter line and a very useful five eighth which Rich certainly was when he joined us from Fev.
The big difference of course is that Connor has real pace, a step and speed off the mark and an eye for a gap.
Of course if young Jake could add to his talents, Rich's outstanding defence, positional sense, and great loyalty to the Hull FC, then we will have a real player.
Either way it looks like Radders has his man, and I wish Jake great success in the famous B&W irregular stripes.
Not sure whether Uppo is being facetious If not Uppo check the Huddersfield forum on Connors lack of pace.
Again, why are our much vaunted youth system players not good enough to play in the roles this second stringer has being signed to cover? Why are they not being allowed to demonstrate their worth, how can you find out if they are capable if you don't actually allow them to play? Why are we letting go our talent at the expense of a second string player from another club for similar amount of wages.
Sorry but it still makes no sense to me unless we are failing to develop our youth players and/or the coach has zero faith in the youth players to step up in which case that is a serious problem.

Why are you asking the same questions over and over again, which have been answered already. Just accept that Radford knows more than you about our squad and at the end of the day, like every other time you will be proved wrong as usual.

What great thinking to bring them over for the derby good man management that, HTW is not at a level yet physically where he is ready for super league but his wage may not have reflected that, maybe he has been realigned to other young players and the stage of development they are at, if kids can not take this on the chin and wait for bigger wages till they are ready then they will go do other things, no one on here can really say HTW was pushing Sneyd for his shirt or would be for at least 2 years , unfortunately I guess the club have to make a judgment at sometime and offer what they think they can allocate off the cap for a players level and development, a player like Hadley would get a much better deal due to the fact he's someone Radford can turn to for first team action. if your not then you are only on development money
