right about sneyd and kelly,we are back in the bad old days before them, when we had whitihg, washbrook, tommy lee, thorman, berrigan taking turns at being a half.decent players in the right position, but woeful at halfback.we knew last july we were losing clifford and according to dan tomlinson, hull were glad they knew early and had the situation well in hand..poor recruitment.

Were any good no7s available for non marquee money though? We have to be realistic joining a skint 10th place isnt the deal of the century for a decent young player and its only going to get harder the longer we struggle

I'd go further. Smith admitted that the club knew Clifford was putting himself in the shop window and if he performed a return to the NRL was a strong possibility. No contingency plan it seems.
Brown is a good player, he must be to get in the NZ team but he's a hooker not a half back.

Oh dear, so much for trying to stay positive!! Struggling to see any positives to take going forward into next week, next month, the rest of the year.
It's already looking like it could be a long, long year for the faithful
I've been on the internet and have already got a sense of the fans' passion for the club. They are very fanatical - Peter Gentle 12th September 2011.
