As good a coach as Cartwright maybe he is going to need to be the messiah or a miracle worker to get enough improvement out of that lot. Other than Asiata we have signed players that will work hard but won’t improve us significantly enough to dig us out the pit of shame we’ve dug for ourselves.
Previous talk of getting 2 quality quota players in to tip the balance of next seasons recruitment, we are going to need at least 4.
Yes we lost Carlos (again) and Walker but it made little difference as the whole set up and selection was a mess and that was evident with what we saw in those 80mins.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Credit to London they played with pride and passion. A very deserved win.

Cup winners and third in the league and we start signing players like Dawson-Jones, Nzoungou, Johnstone and Langtree.
Spot on, our unique approach of signing players just to play for the reserves was the start of the malaise
Radders, Hodgson and Smith all guilty of buying lots of junk.
All overseen by a club owner who I'm now convinced just got lucky buying Hull City who were playing well below their level due to lack of money, didn't take much skill to get them up the league. Questionable if he actually has any good business skills, consistently recruits the wrong managers, has so far failed to get a new stadium lease and secure our future. Will always be thankful for the Cup wins but time for him to sell up and go.
