This performance, and Fridays has come as no suprise at all. This is what i expect now whenever Hull play. i'm more shocked when we play well than when we play badly. i even bet against us last night as i knew what was coming. I'm at the last step of walking away. Nobody at the club seems to give a toss and if they have any professional pride then they're keeping it well hidden.

If you want to include 12 of the last 16 games prior to this I'd agree that Wakefield have been awful bu not last night when they were good in both attack and defence and won the game on merit!
You held the ball, we didn't, pretty much the only difference.
The last few games our handling has been nothing short of embarrassing.

We kept dropping the ball, which allowed Wakey to have more sets than us get near our line, obviously it wasn't the full factor, but when we were both dropping the ball, it was 16-0 to Hull, we continued to drop the ball, Wakey didn't, more possession, territory and trys, means they win the game.

You'll forgive us for enjoying this though. It's been a long time for us. 3-4 weeks ago it didn't matter how bad the opposition played, we still got a tonking
Now we have a team who were merrily sailing towards the 8 and could still be in, saying we are the same level as them because we held the ball......
Clearly Hull weren't at their best but we had a part in that and we weren't playing like the team that lost all those games that put them at the bottom of the league.

No $hit Sherlock!
Whilst recognising that Hull weren't that great why not also recognise that Wakefield played well

You played OK after 15 minutes (Before that you were truly appalling and I thought we would get 40), after that you held the ball better and took your chances.
I don't why your fans are coming on here looking for praise, we have more things to worry about than how good you think you were.
I'm more concerned with how we did and why we keep losing.

It's like scraping together the cash to invest in a top-class Lamborghini then employing a sixteen-year-old prize-fighter from the local village to drive it.
Makes no sense. But have we gone beyond the point where Pearson can afford to backtrack? Are the coffers too empty after assembling the necessary car and paying off the previous drivers?
If this is the case (as I suspect it is and more so will be a worsening case scenario as the Doldrums continue), where can Pearson go from here?
