They don't say he is signed, they are just announcing interest, but states we are also interested in Jake Granville at the Cowboys, Woolford at Canberra and Gordan Chan Kum Tong from Manly.

There are other outlets reporting that Rimbu is a done deal though

Best team in the league manage to win a few games with Wardle and Keighran as their starting centres. Fairly solid and unspectacular centres.

Wardle is fantastic, easily the best English centre in SL, could play NRL IMO.
