I just don't know why we go. Disillusioned to say the least. Yes the coach doesn't look to be doing any good whatsoever but also players just don't look bothered

I would blame the coach for most of the current problems. Can you tell me since he has been here one thing he has put into place that has enhanced us on the field. You start with the defence and then develop the attack but he has done nothing. What do they do on the training pitch? Today we had a flat line no depth and just bunched in the middle of the field. Last tackle option is pathetic. The players have to take some of the blame but i think they would perform much better under a coaching staff that had discipline, fitness and hard work as the first priority. Smith and his team have to go

But they havent performed under different coaches have they ?
Carlos, Sao, Lane, Houghton, Brown, Cator and Fash are all into there third head coach here.
Im not saying Smith shouldnt go but to think a different head coach would change this squad is a pipe dream. Our recruitment tells you enough, nobody wants to play here. Its a very toxic place at the moment.

Bonaire I agree to a certain point. But I'm fed up of seeing players who for whatever reason not putting the effort in. Yes the buck stops with the coach so he will Properly go. But the players have no excuse for not putting the basic effort of running hard tackling hard and not giving up whoever is coaching.

Don't look bothered. Don't look fit. Don't look like they know what they're meant to be doing out there. Ultimately, they just don't look coached. It's as if we've just picked 17 random guys off the street and thrown them onto a pitch together. There's no Cohesion, no trust in the man next to them, no discipline, no accountability, no desire, no professionalism, no leader, no anything.

Rugby not rocket science. It's a simple game. Who ever coached this rabble would expect better. These are professional sportsman who IMO should be expected to do the basics whoever is in charge. I played rugby yes at a low level but it wasn't an option to play as lacklustre as these lot. Me and Bonaire could coach and we would expect the players to be able to tackle . Catch the ball . Run hard. It's a given playing the game.
