Frank signed for Parra last week 2/11 on reported 1 year deal $150k i expect Hull have to wait until its announced by Parra.Dont know why its delayed. Expect this is why we cant confirm the signing of Kelly

You might not visit our board but you certainly like to talk about us and even got accused of been a Rovers fan at one point but anyway back to Albert Kelly can be brilliant or awful not really a big risk for you won't be on a lot of money and probably a one year deal so can be binned if he steps out of line can't see him going to Wigan as don't think Wane would put up with him
