Quite agree Dave but despite Hodgson being in the job nearly 2 years I have yet to see any real hard tangible evidence we have any of the things in your post I've put in bold.
On the field we are an absolute shambles and it beggars belief what they actually work on in training as watching the games its worse than watching a group of kids that have never played the game.
I don't buy Hodgsons excuse of fatigue either as is we are that fatigued before and just after halftime then there is something seriously wrong.
Its just no longer a surprise when the team serves up shambolic performances and teams must rub their hands at the prospect of facing us as we are just so predictable.
Hodgson for me is just not the right man for the job, you only have to look at Leeds to see the difference Rohan Smith (who is also an inexperienced head coach) has made to the way Leeds play in his short time at the club since replacing Agar with the same group of players.
The defeats are one thing but it is the manner of the defeats that are just inexcusable and indefensible and typical of the usual mid season nose dive we have seen for far too long now.
