I'm surprised FC only made it to third on the list though. Basically, we're their benchmark whether we're crap or awesome. They'll be happy as long as they beat us, it defines their season. Typical small club syndrome, envious and always trying to impress their big brother.

I thought that. If we weren't top and someone like Warrington or Wigan were, they'd be no mention of them. Just seems strange. I get what he means about the city being a fishbowl, but maybe they need to try and break it.
