Builds a big pack, builds another pack behind it. Backs are used for driving the ball out, nothing more. Anybody with a bit of attacking flair, but poor defence, bombed out - Shaul, Lineham, Crooks, Lancaster. No flair, no attack, five drives and see if Sneyd can do something. We're bad enough with Sneyd but without him we're absolutely embarrassing. Every shambolic set back is met by "decisions went against us" "short turn around this week". All that talk of "club Hull" and he's fallen out with Lineham and Shaul, won't pick Lancaster (yes, been injured, but wasn't picked before that), signing Danny Washbrook, letting go James Cunningham.
We're badly coached and badly managed. He calls out some players for every little mistake, lets others off with everything - what about Yeaman's attempt on Arundel tonight? For goodness sake. If Shaul had done that Radford would have been all over him.
Mediocre player, awful captain, dreadful dreadful head coach. Has to go.
Well summed up. We've changed the team year in, year out since Peter Sharp left and it hasn't worked. The club needs a completely new coaching structure bringing a different mentality and some fresh ideas. pearson is as much to blame as radford
