Agar is weak, you only need to look at him, he makes Gollum look dynamic and a go getter. If a man cannot take pride in himself, what else is left?
Jeez bloody task masters you lot are !
Getting rid of the deadwood is easy the art in management is inspiring individuals to not become deadwood

Feck me it's the most sensible and accurate thing he's said all season.
Does anyone honestly think that mocking (because thats what it was) the players and the club is going to help?
Strange that considering he has criticised the players recently and to add some of the comments he has made about individuals such as Craig Hall wouldn't inspire you with confidence if you were that player.
Bottom line is whatever he has to say is going to be (where required) twisted and used against him....he is in borrowed time in many fans eyes and rightly so.

The fundamental reason businesses exist, both profit and non profit, is because they supply the demands of, and can in many instances create a need for the customer. As soon as the customer falls away and in many instances take their "need" elsewhere or remove that need due to a substandard product or service being offered then ultimately the business will fail. In this instance we (the supporters) are the main customer and Agar suggests that they are causing the business problems.
Agar should also look at "cause" and "effect". the intimation on Friday is that the supporters are adding to the cause of the problem; in truth the booing, slow hand clapping and cheering the opposition is merely part of the effect. Your job Mr Agar is to look after the synergy of the team and the needs of each individual within that team.
From a leadership perspective you are completely out of your depth.
I would also look up the words "us" and "our" on the dictionary, you seem to struggle with these....

You can disagree with Agar making the comments he did without agreeing with the actions of the fans that triggered them you know.
Regardless of how Agar felt, and regardless of how well justified he may or may not have been, he should never have made those comments in public. It was always going to cause controversy and be, at best, a PR disaster.
Hold on to me baby, his bony hands will do you no harm It said in the cards, we lost our souls to the Nameless One

Defending his players from what? Fans expressing their honest (and let's face it, accurate) opinion of their team? He should be apologising to them, not criticising them FFS.

If it helps to get rid of Agar then yes, it is going to help.

Just a quick thanks to all the fans who came up to us on Friday night, much appreciated and walking back from the game lots of friendly fans too, apart from the ones blaming us for keeping Agar in a job!!

We happened to see Sam Moa after the Celtic game and he was saying how fantastic the black and white fans were and he could not wait for the derby. He admitted that he thought that the team left it a little late to win the game but said the fans were great and he couldn't see himself playing for any other team. Maybe Rich Agar should listen to his squad and stop slagging the fans off who pay good money to see a team that is totally crap at the moment. I am dreading this weeks derby cos if Hull play like they have been doing we are going to get slaughtered and wont the dobbins fans like that.
