Jake and Carlos are more than capable of covering the halves. There's also a reserves comp next year which will provide opportunities for the youngsters to shine.

Jake and Carols are not GF winning talent in the halves.

Good options as back ups to Kelly and Sneyd.

Doubt many teams have as good as these as back ups.

I dont think halfbacks are our problem.

Forward pack and coaching are our two biggest issues IMO.

Good backup I agree, Kelly is a liability now, injured too often, as many have said, the bangs to the head have seriously hampered him.

I wont comment on coaching or the fan club will start moaning again.

We all know he has talent lets hope he produces something special tomorrow as we need the win.I also think Ratu is more comfortable with Connor as his centre and switching Tuimavave back to his best position at left centre will help the defence on the left edge.
Hopefully we will see Griffin at second row tomorrow preferably off the bench as we currently have little impact off the bench.
Masi will provide a bit more go forward tomorrow but would like to see Taylor and Satae on together for a period.It might raise Taylors game.

Agree about the coaching but to say Kelly is a liability is nonsense
He is what makes the team tick and although concussion is serious it doesnt give you hamstring injuries or a rib injury which he has hopefully now recovered from.

I wasn't saying the injuries and concussion were related, but he is injured too often and, as much as he shows glimpses, he doesn't look match fit (how can he be when he isn't playing),he'll stay at Hull as he isn't good enough for NRL based on what I have seen in recent weeks NRL games.

Both first team, starting 13 players, hardly back up

I think the observation is that they are back up in the halves, both are better in their correct starting positions. (imho)
