I am very much of this opinion. Unless Hull are playing then I really don't give a poop about any result (unless it can impact us on league position or something). Sure I would prefer Leigh win, but my life isn't impacted in any way if Rovers win tomorrow. Think some times fans of both teams are guilty of caring far too much about the other team. I know Rovers fans who seemingly get happier when Hull lose than they do when Rovers win, and vice versa. If they win tomorrow I guarantee a large portion of their fans will use it as a tool to constantly diminish Hull FC with, rather than focusing on their own team and achievement. I've already seen us lift the trophy 3 times in my relatively short time of watching rugby (since 2004), I really don't give a poop if they win it or not tomorrow.

I don't know any rovers fans that ever want us to win any game. Especially in the CC final.
The fact that Charnley totalled Clifford and got away with it means I want a KR win.
Also its good to have two strong Hull teams. That's what I loved about the 80's.

How can I quantify it, maybe a bit like Einsteins Theory of Relativity ? If your from a picturesque West Hull village out supping Pimms in the back garden then its maybe just easier to be a shade more benevolent Alternatively, if your from the street and down and a bit more dirty perhaps the distaste is a little more ingrained. Just the way life is campers, innit.

Never thought you was but we can cast you as a bit of pantomime villain just for the hell of it. Keeps it fun amongst the drivel of the wannabe head coach's.

Leigh all the way for me.
In almost 50 years of supporting Hull I can’t ever recall Rovers wanting us to win, especially at Wembley.
Anyway, I’ve been impressed with Leigh on and off the pitch this season (except for the Leopard skins). Liked the way that they try and put on the pre-match entertainment at their games. Was good when we went there a few weeks ago.
Would love to see Tom Briscoe score the winning try, ideally off a blatant forward pass that Kendall misses, in the final minute. Otherwise I’d settle for a 51-0 Leigh win.
