I definitely fancy us to win more than I did when we played them earlier in the year, think our form has improved and there's dropped. Play like we did on Sunday and cut our errors by 50% and we can win this one.
Our record at Magic is poor though when not playing Rovers, think we have won one game, was against Cas I think (or London), took a couple of hammerings too (Hudds and Saints)

Just looked record in magic is 6 wins and 9 losses. Only beaten Cas apart from Rovers, our record at Newcastle is slightly better 3 wins (all against Rovers) and 3 losses.

I agree its the same when naming Barron now twice as 18th man.Pointless naming him in the squad if you have no intention of playing him. For me we need Savellio in for Lane and one of the young wings with some pace for Mcintosh who needs to be moved on. Can see Litten on the wing for Leigh unless Hoy is Injured at the weekend.

Agreed I just don’t see any real point in Shaul being in the 21 as he is behind Hoy & Litten for the FB and don’t see any real place him in the 17.
As for McIntosh I was surprised when he got the intercept against Salford just how slow he was, it was like he had concrete boots on. Any other winger would have gone the length, Brierly even managed to stop, turn around and still caught him easily. We really do lack pace on the right edge and would like to see Barron get a shot.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!
