it was the 'no income' if only those with memberships were attending in your comment that made me reply, if that was due to previous confusion apologies. it's commendable to those paying upfront no matter the outcome, but no-one should be left out of pocket even if they can afford it. Some may well be happy for the club to keep any excess if they aren't able to offer a seat for all the games, however a rotating arrangement for full members whom have paid up front would be a fair way to allow people to attend. With some not being able to make games possibly the maximum number may not even be attained, I wonder if there's an easy way/system that could connect to other fans to attend if those allocated a spot notified in advance they couldn't attend for a particular game.
I am a passholder and am classed as extremely vulnerable, have had the vacine but would probably not be confident enough to attend. There must be many others in the same position. The club could maybe ask passholders to register their intensions to full advantage of the restrictions.

I think it would be sensible to ask for 'volunteers' who can't or don't want attend to inform the club first, people will be booking a lot of Holidays too. Then the rest of passholders who want to go would have to be put in a ballot, with those who missed out on one game getting priority for the next game.

Can be done by assigning fans a block and making seats unreserved but advise you have to sit so many seats and rows away from the next household/bubble group. And give set timeslots for arrival, if you're late you're not going in.
Some will still go wandering about to sit with their mates they've haven't seen for ages though, it'd be very hard to Police.
I rely to your enquiry we do pay a percentage deal on every ticket sold but in addition when we closed the North Stand as an away end it was because we were being charged an extra £30,000 to keep it open if I remember correctly and I believe the same went for the South end as well, I think we maybe pay that to keep that open now. Their argument being that we could get our full average gate in the other two sides. But my memory might be wrong on that one.

No need to open the North stand, would it be financially prudent to do so in any case?
One row and 3 seats separation is more than enough for those that feel concerned, groups of two households can mix in any case by time the ground is opened to fans so there's no need to separate everyone and thus more than enough space in two if not three stands.
Simply passing people going to the toilets/drink or going to/from your seats is not a transmission thing in any case despite the propaganda by government, but whatever, I won't be one of the ones attending.
ATEOTD the club need to come up with a solution to how they allocate in a fair manner, if there's greater demand than seats available precedence to those with 2 or more from the same household/bubble would surely be prudent in any case.

I wonder how that's going to work, answers on a postcard.....
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?
