… there'll always be 2 caps, the RFL fixed salary cap, and the clubs accounting (expenditure) cap which can be flexible when income/circumstances change.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?
So assuming everything is ok with the medical where does he slot it? I guess long term he is Mini's replacement, but does he replace him in the 13 straight away? Will he provide impact from the bench? Or is this Gaz going back into retirement with Savelio playing prop for a while until Green and Bowden return?
Good signing so lon as his injury is clear. How the hell do we get him under the cap when we were juggling to get ellis in? Maybe some of the squad who haven;t played will be paid off? talanoa maybe?
It’s a great signing, he is still young and has the experience of two NRL off seasons. He is not an NRL failure, last season he was in great shape before his injury ruined his season, now back to full fitness he just needs game time and his confidence will return.

To be fair you could call Greg Eden and Joe Greenwood NRL failures but you'd have both of them. Good signing for you guys (but i hope it takes you over the cap though )

Good signing, young, powerful backrower who has lots of potential. Fed trained is a massive bonus, as it gives us at least two non fed spots for Mini and Paea. There is a risk with injuries and I have read a lot of negativity to this signing from Saints fans, but he was a young kid breaking through when he was there, he probably made some wrong decisions in his career so far. He will learn and develop and as a forward there won't be many better coaches in SL than Radford and Ellis to work with.
Gret news he will be here for this season too, although I'm not sure we will see the best of him until next season.
I'm guess Brisbane will be paying most of his wages this season and the we won't see the likes of Jack Logan in a Hull short this year.
Sneyd and Westerman next.
2 more forwards and winger, although this could change on seeing how Manu and Naulago go over the next fews weeks.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we have a ex player of ours playing on the wing for us next season again .
