The pattern for LR over the last couple of seasons is the no risk strategy when it comes to injuries. Find it amazing that there's a conspiracy theory for every players absence. Last week Green was missing due to a salary cap issue. This week Kelly wants to go home.

logan in for farimo, minimal positional changes from the warrington game with connor the best option at 6 where he was mom in the last game. missing some forward power but a big chance for the young guns to stand up. gone for washy at hooker as i feel we need hadley's more intelligent running game from the off, though they will no doubt interchange later on. lots of local talent in that team. anyone know how leeds are lining up, they had a few missing in their last game
Is Kelly injury a smokescreen, I expect Albert to start thursday. If not I'd go with that too

Would say after the bell ringer Kelly had at Cas he has probably not recovered enough to play. Talanoa missed a fair few games from concussion previously and better to air on side of caution with this than risk Kelly for his own health.
Think it will be a big ask with Kelly, Houghton, Paea, Faraimo, Bowden and Watts missing.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Yes Logan will play wing on Thursday. The only other change i would make to your line up would be Jordan Lane in for Turgut. I think Lane will make his first Super League appearance. Turgut is just not showing enough. The club should be looking to get him out on loan so he can play regularly and get some confidence back.

Well exactly. 12 years without a win there, missing 6 first teamers, away at the champions. Can't imagine a scenario less likely than a Hull win, unfortunately.

I would have been very confident if Kelly was fit.We could then have still played Logan on the wing and used The size and strength of Griffin off the bench. As it is a bench of Masi,Fash Abdull and Lane/Turgut is a bit light for me. Still think we will win even with so many missing
We need to take the game to them and not play one dimensional one out rugby, look how well we did against St.George by playing open rugby, allowing them to get on top and sap us defensively is not going to work out well. Keep turning them around with some intelligent kicking and use our assets, banging it up the middle is not going to work to our benefit. The only things I worry about are our out wide defence and our perennial inability to score in the red zone except from a kick. The Carlos try last week was excellent so more of the same would do nicely. Still think we have a decent shout of winning this and IF we do will be a massive boost going forward.
