Watts epitomises our dissipline which has handicapped us for a few seasons Look at the Opta stats for the last 2 seasons When we give penalties away we lose field position and hand the ball over and forced to defend It’s a basic but one we can’t master

He plays more than he misses, and when he does play he is one of our best. He's been unlucky with a couple, certainly 1 incident (mcillorum), last year, but when you go round sticking a nut on people you get yourself a reputation. Great opportunity to win at Headingley now made that little bit tougher with an assumed ban for him.

Now I am no to defending what he did last night, far from it. But it appears last season will haunt Watts for a while.
Yes, he copped three reds last season, but let’s face it, the challenge on McIllorum was over ruled and the play acting by Luke Gale unjustifiably go to him a red again s you’re lot. There was only the red At CAtalans which was warranted.
Bloody idiot last night. Knowing Paea isn’t out for a month and now watts will be suspended for a fair few games, I hope he is made to apologise to the squad on a daily basis until he’s available.
Can I firstly say that wasn’t a head butt and was merely caressing Dom’s forehead with mine in a friendly manner. I wasn’t happy about the tackle and I just lost my head in the heat of the moment. People that know me know that it’s not in my nature to react like that.
And just like to apologise to all the kids that saw it and that’s how not to act on a rugby pitch when things flare up. Very unsportsmanlike and very disappointed in myself. I’ll learn from this for the better. Also big up to the fans that braved the cold to support us.

Ref had called held twice apparently. Still an incredibly stupid thing to have done. Apologies need to be to his team mates really, I'm sure words will be had.

Very stupid action and disappointing to see him joking about it on Twitter.
He'll pick up a couple of matches ban again and I hope the club fine him too on top of anything from the RFL. It's infuriating because on his day he can be the best prop in Super League.

Let's put this Luke Gale play acting to bed shall we. Gale was knocked out and failed the concussion test and was unable to return. Leaving us with no goal kicker. It did not benefit us having Gale off the field. It wasn't the worst tackle you'll see but he got a 2 game ban on top of his red. He obviously has major issues with discipline. The majority of players won't get sent off 4 times in their 15 year career let alone 4 times in 11 months.
"I'm sorry, but I would hope that we would beat Cas with a 1 day turnaround."
An arrogant Wigan fan a few days before we stuffed them 18-4 at the JJB.

McShane didn't seem bothered when he charged in and kneed Gale in the bonce.

How come it was widely reported that Gale failed a head test 24 hours before playing Wigan 6 days later. If true, he would never have been allowed to play against Wigan, making me wonder why Gale didn't return in the Hull game.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?
