We would have continued to finish 6th or lower with the way the recruitment was going under Gentle.
How do you know, we still might of brought Motu in, and signed the same players. Decent deal after 2 very poor seasons and half a decent one, lets just hope we continue to progress as we have this season

I always thought that gentle wasn't that bad due to the cup final but this last year since we have been playing attractive and entertaining rugby I can see just how boring and uninspiring we were a few years ago. I am really enjoying the style we are playing and the great young players that are coming through. Radders has given those players a chance and taken a couple of years to get them to gel. If we keep on the same path with the same philosophy then I think there will be some success. Happy for radders.
If we beat Catalans we will be at least 3rd. If we beat them by 26 points we will be 2nd. We have a great team at the moment.
At the end of the day, you have to credit Radford for his work this season so far. I think a 2 year deal would have been more appropriate, but Pearson will have built stipulations into the contract I am sure.
At least we have got our business done early, re-signings nailed down and looking forward to a consistency in the playing and coaching staff we haven't seen for a while. It worked for Leeds!

Well alright that was quite awful as well but all I mean is looking back at it now and the talk that was coming from Pearson at the start of the radders era shows that there was a plan. Pearson said he was giving Radford 3 years to dismantle the team and make it his own. They said they wanted to develop the youth system and bring some players through and these things have happened. I know I'm getting ahead of things by saying how happy I am with this season cos it could go downhill but as it stands right now then I can see the work that has been put in.

There's always a chance things could go wrong, and the next 5 games are huge. I honestly think though, with the personel we have at the club this year, both on and off the pitch, that we will continue to pick up points and be there or there abouts the top four, especially with the likes of Leeds and Hudds struggling and the early leaders, Widnes, now in free fall.

To be fair can't argue with AP giving Radford a new deal although the length of the deal is questionable but AP will know behind the scenes what Radford has done in detail.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

That's pretty much how I see it as well. Good to have the future planned and the stability it brings the club.
If things go pear-shaped, as with any coach, he can be got rid of (though maybe not through a badly-written online 'fans' petition).

Pleased this has happened. Players need to know who their coach is going to be if they are to be attracted to the club or persuaded to stay (and many are being persuaded with Radford already in charge). The quality of the playing squad has (at last) improved under Radford's tenure and we are playing some decent stuff. Pearson clearly thinks stability is key and he's probably right. ATEOTD if things go pear shaped it's Pearson who would be paying off Radders' contract so he's the best person to judge the length of the deal.
