Radford made the same mistake last season shuffling 3 players around to bring Yeaman back into the side at centre.
A settled team is what is needed until loss of form or injury causes a replacement.
If Shaul is not available for Catalan then seems odd to let Naughton go out on loan this week rather than next.
Cant see Naughton in any case at the club next season, i think he seems to think he is better than he actually is.
Maybe this is payback from Radford for not coming off against HKR when told to when Michaels first came on to replace him.

Its all ifs and maybes. Nobody has said that Shaul will NOT be going to France, in which case Nogger is best served by getting some game time. He possibly won't be with us next season but I think its a bit harsh to suggest he thinks he's better than he is. He's a young man who's keen to play and who hasn't let us down when he has had the chance. Like you I don't want to see Yeamo anywhere near the team unless we have a mountain of injuries.

Whats wrong with Shaul? I thought the only knocks from friday where Manu and Fonua?

I think Shaul will play at Catalan but i was commenting on the rumour and the other poster who proposed moving players around to accomodate Yeaman if Shaul didnt play instead of bringing in someone like Whiting to cover at full back without moving players around which Radford did last season when Yeaman came back from injury.
The fact that Naughton is being allowed to go out on loan to me says Shaul will be available but given the U23s start this weekend and also D/R at Doncaster it seems strange for Radford to let him go particularly as it would be easier to recall him if he was at Doncaster or in the U23 team.
I dont think there was any excuse for him not to come off against HKR when told plus there was a marked improvement on the left edge when Michaels came on.
I know he is only a young lad but he has to learn to bide his time.Unfortunately i dont think he can and will move on at the end of the season.
