SL coaches aren't going down well at the moment, with a few fans for all of the top 3 suggesting they need a new coach.

I don't suppose missing both halfbacks against Wakefield had any bearing on the result. And Mini, and Ellis for a big chunk of the game. The four key players in the team. We rely (too much) on them, and when they're missing we struggle. It's easy to say we should have played this player or that player, but the reaction on here would just be the same if we didn't win. Anyway, I'm looking forward to tomorrow's game. Shame there's a few on here think that the end of the world is nigh.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

Minichello was missing for a big chunk of the game.80 minutes to be precise.

I know, that's why I put a comma after his name.

Lets not forget we have had the LEAST injuries in SL this year which makes our failings all the more alarming. At least 3 wins against massively depleted teams when we are at full strength ( Rovers, Salford, Wignes ) I am huge AP fan but his apparent blind faith in LR is staggering, LR must move on or down but we need proper youth development, Attack coach & some tactics ! Our squad is good enough & effort is there, we should be 4 - 6th material with modest tweaking.

So you reckon that was an acceptable performance given the players available?
Hold on to me baby, his bony hands will do you no harm It said in the cards, we lost our souls to the Nameless One

Don't remember saying it was acceptable, just that we struggle when key players are missing.

I agree effort is not the problem but the original game plan got us 16-0 up against Wakefield within 15 minutes & without the amount of dropped balls we would have been a lot closer in the Leeds game. The main problem for me is we don't seem to have a plan B when things aren't going to plan.

We're significantly worse without sneyd as we have no kicking game worth talking about. He's not been great this year IMO but is really the only one who offers something different. Must be wondering why the hell he signed for us though
