If it's doors being blown off let's go for Gus Gould. Problem is he'd sack everyone including the chairman inside the first month! Seriously I'd like to see him employed to do "drains up " report on the club , coaches and players with an action plan so that AP can see if it looks anything like his own and then decide if he's going in the right direction or not.
