You're a Leeds fan, right?

Ryan Hall is an all round better player without doubt, but with the ball I would take Briscoe. Hall is a very good finisher but he cant create chances for himself like Briscoe can.

Good luck to the lad I say, will be a huge loss to Hull but who wouldn't want to test themselves against the best if they had the chance and also at such a young age go and have a fantastic life opportunity in an other country.
He's a great player already at 21 and I've no doubt he has all the attributes to make it in the NRL. I actually think his style suits the NRL more than Super League.

To be fair if Brisco was in Leeds team he would be awsom. Can't blame the lad if he wants to try his hand against the best players in the world and to play along side the best.
Cas where at full strength we had nine out Classic

Personally I dont think there is a better winger in Superleague with ball in hand, both in attacking areas and clearing his line. However his defence and positional sense has always been just as bad as Will Sharp was last year. However because he was so good with the ball this got brushed under the carpet. This year Sharp has improved and he hasnt and he is probably our weak link in defence atm.
Sorry, one game against Warrington. Not sure about the ball in hand part, in attack he's not as good as Hall is finishing wise, clearing the lines he's probably no better than equal. The one part he has that no other winger has is, as you say, the ability to create his own chances. The try at home to Saints last year was a particularly good example. But these happen only once or twice a season.

You could be right. I just hope too much isn't expected of him. Given the Aussies ignorance there probably won't be!

If he goes then he should do so with our best wishes. To be able to test himself in the NRL, not to mention the lifestyle and I imagine the money, is a great opportunity for him.
He'd be a big loss to the club but life goes on and it'll potentially give a chance for someone else to step up.

I'd let him go next season if he wants as long as he signs some kind of agreement to come back to us if he returns to the UK (whether it would ever be enforceable would be questionable). If I were Briscoe I'd be asking my agent to tout me around RU clubs. If christ ashton is a star in RU then Briscoe would undoubtedly be and has the potential to be a millionaire in fairly quick time
